Job Aid

A sample of a job aid (left), used for employee review. This material was created for parents in a cooperative who work as assistants in their child’s outdoor school. After a 2.5 hour experiential training on-site, parents’ learning is refreshed with this condensed information, available digitally and in print.

Responsibilities: Collaboration with subject matter experts, brand adherence.

Assessment of Learning Outcomes

Inspired by the work of Malaguzzi (1993), this documentation panel represents a year of educators’ planning, reflection, and evaluation. Applying backwards design principles to the practice of emergent curriculum, the educators’ teaching activities and strategies throughout the year were compiled as a form of reflective assessment, exploring the learning outcome of increased community-building skills.

Curriculum Design, Website Design

This digital repository was created for the client to access to notes, materials, extension opportunities, announcements, and a curated discussion between sessions via the blog. The innovative curriculum was designed with the ADDIE model with modules based on the predominant theory of social-emotional competencies. (Athens, GA; instructional design and faculty development)
